The setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A & B. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: A request for a 20% adjustment in the front and rear yard setbacks to 16-feet and 8-feet respectively. FOR: Single Family Home CONDITIONS: -. 1. A Building Permit. shall be acquired for the project within 6 months of this date or become null and void. 2.
