The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. �> SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: 1. Five foot setback reduced to three feet (side yard). 2. Twenty foot setback reduced to eighteen -feet eight -inches (front yard). FOR: 1. Swimming Pool 2. Single Family Home CONDITIONS: 1. The applicant shall comply with Municipal Code Fencing requirements for pools. 2. Ensure pool is reinforced to Building Code requirements. 3. This setback adjustment does not apply to mechanical pool equipment. 4. The garage door shall be setback 20 feet from the front yard property line but the house may be eighteen -feet eight -inches from the front property line. All other SR Zone Code Standards shall be met. f> 5. A building permit shall be issued for any on -site improvements. After review it was determined that: 1.
