The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Reduction of side yard setback from 5-feet to 3-feet. FOR: Swimming Pool CONDITIONS: 1. Obtain a building permit from the Building Department. 2. The fencing requirements for S-R Zone shall be met. 3. A three inch (3) PVC conduit, schedule 40 or better, be placed within the easement area. This would facilitate our accessing the .area in the future, should the need to replace our facilities arise. This conduit is to- be . capped off within five feet (5) of the side property lines, and should be placed,at a maximum of thirty inches (30) . 4. Pool equipment shall comply with required setbacks and maintain a minimum of five feet from the property line. After review it was determined that: 1.
