The following setback adjustment has been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibit A. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Reduction of rear yard setback from 10-feet to 5-feet. FOR: Pool equipment. CONDITIONS: 1. Obtain a building permit from the Building Department. 2. The requirements of the S-R Zone shall be met. 3. The equipment shall be enclosed by a minimum 5-foot-high masonry block wall to mitigate any noise that will be produced by the new equipment. The wall shall be built prior to a final inspection. After review it was determined that: 1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance. 2. There are special circumstances applicable to the property, including such factors as size, shape, topography, location or surroundings that justify approval of the adjustment.
