Dear Mr. Ford:
This letter was written at your request to provide the status of the above referenced
Setback Adjustment application. On May 25, 1995, Mr. Al Braun,. of Sunkist Pools,
submitted an incomplete application packet on Mr. Ford's behalf. Mr. Braun did not
submit the required application form, nor did he pay the required application fee of $100.
Mr. Braun did leave a proposed setback adjustment exhibit with the Community
Development Department, however without the application form and the payment of the
application fee there was no setback adjustment processed or approved for Mr. Ford. In
checking with the Building and Safety Department there was no pool permit issued to Mr.
Braun or yourself. In checking with the Finance Department, there were no setback
adjustment application or permit fees paid to the City by Mr. Braun.
