Regulations. The following setback adjustment.has been - approved, subject to conditions and in conformance with the attached exhibit "A" (site plan). - The setback adjustment approved is a reduction of the rear yard setback from 10-feet to eight -feet to allow construction of a new residence. We find that there are special circumstances applicable to the size of the property to' justify approval of this adjustment..
