The following setback adjustmenthas been approved subject to conditions and in accordance with attached Exhibits A, and B. SETBACK ADJUSTMENT: Rear yard setback and sideyard reduction FOR- Patio cover in rear yard CONDITIONS: a. Obtain building permit from Building & Safety Department b. Comply with Laguna de la Paz architectural requirements. c.
