We cannot approve the request because it exceeds our policy of allowing a 20% deviation of the existing Zoning Code (9.32) regulations and the equipment can be placed in the rear yard without any problems. Since this is an administrative action by the Community Development Director, you may appeal this action to the Planning Commission on forms provided by our department.
