SETBACK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To reduce the rear yard setback from 5 feet to 3 feet for a private swimming pool/spa. This request also incorporates a reduction in the southerly side yard setback from 3 feet to 5 feet for the necessary pool equipment. CONDITIONS: 1. Obtain the necessary building permit(s) from the Building and Safety Department, and; 2: The pool equipment location as shown on Exhibit A-1 shall maintain a minimum of three (3) feet from the inside face of the south wall of the subject property.
