' SETBACK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To reduce the rear' yard setback from 10 feet to 8 feet (i.e., support posts) for a patio cover with overhang of one foot into the eight foot setback. CONDITIONS: = A. Obtain a building permit from the Building and Safety Department.. After review it was determined that: • ; , , 1.
