SETBACK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To reduce the rear and side yard setbacks from 10' and 5' to 4' and 2' respectively, for the pool equipment. CONDITION: 1). Obtain a building permit from the Building & Safety Department. 2). Rear pool equipment setback to be 4' and side yard setback to be 3' minimum. After review it was determined that: 1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance to allow development of single family houses and swimming pools in an S-R District. 2.
