CONDITIONS: 1. Obtain the necessary building permit(s) from the Building and Safety' Department for the patio cover, and, 2. As shown on Exhibit A, support posts for the patio cover shalt maintain a minimum of eight (8) feet from the subject property line. The patio cover may cantilever out from the posts, but must maintain minimum distance from the property line as is specified in the Uniform Building Code (UBC).
