SETBACK ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: To reduce the rear yard setback from 5' to 4' for an irregular shaped spa. CONDITION: Obtain a building permit from the Building & Safety Department. After review it was determined that: 1. This adjustment is consistent with the intent and purpose of the Zoning Ordinance to allow development of accessory spas in an R-2 District. 2.
