This Minor Adjustment allows you to utilize a four foot six inch sideyard setback on the north side of the house rather than a five foot sideyard setback. This adjustment will allow you to encroach with a 11 foot long portion of the residence into the setback. The required findings for approval are as follows: 1. The project is consistent with the General Plan in that it permits single family residences on the property upon .which you propose to construct. 2. With exception of this required adjustment, the proposed project is consistent with the provisions of the Zoning Code. 3. Construction of single family residences are exempted by the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and; therefore, no further documentation is deemed necessary. 4. Approval of this application will not create conditions materially detrimental to the public health, safety; and general welfare or be injurious or incompatible with other properties or land uses in the vicinity .in that the proposed construction is single family detached which is the same as surrounding properties.
