The setback adjustment(s) request is not applicable in finding consistency with the Land Use Element of the General Plan. 2. The setback adjustments) deviation of less than 10 percent to the development standards of the RL District have no significant impact to the adjacent residence. 3. The setback adjustment(s) is Categorically Exempt per Section 15305 (Class 5 (a)) of the California Environmental Quality Act, allowing minor alterations. 4. Approval of the application will not create conditions materially detrimental to the surrounding properties because all houses are under construction by the applicant and by one another on Southern Hills. This adjustment request will not be detrimental to the health, safety, and general welfare of this private, gated community because a minimum of 36-inches, will be maintained for access.
