RESOLUTION NO. 2006-059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
FROM GLACIER POOL CHILLERS FOR FRITZ BURNS
SMALL POOL
WHEREAS, On June 20, 2006 Glacier Pool Chillers offered to donate a pool
chiller to be used for the Fritz Burns Small Pool; and
WHEREAS, The gifts were offered for donation to the City of La Guinta and
was not given to or limited to the use of any particular employee or official; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of La Guinta to accept
the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Guinta, California, as follows:
The City of La Guinta hereby accepts the donation of a pool chiller·
from Glacier Pool Chillers for the Fritz Burns Small Pool.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Guinta
City Council held on this 20th day of June, 2006, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Council Members Henderson, Kirk, Osborne, Sniff, Mayor Adolph
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
