SPECIAL MEETING
MINUTES
JUNE 21, 2006
A special meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order by
Chairman Adolph.

PUBLIC COMMENT - None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA - Confirmed
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 PRELIMINARY BUDGET.
There were no changes to the staff report as submitted and on file in the
City Clerk's Office.
MOTION - It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Osborne to approve the
Fiscal Year 2006/2007 Preliminary Budget as amended, and direct staff to
prepare a Fiscal Year 2006/2007 Final Budget for the July 18, 2006
Financing Authority meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Board Members Sniff/Osborne to
adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
