A special meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order at the
hour of 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Adolph.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA - Confirmed
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 PRELIMINARY BUDGET.
MOTION - It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Osborne to adopt the
Fiscal Year 2007/2008 Preliminary Budget and direct staff to prepare a Fiscal
Year 2007/2008 Final Budget for the July 17, 2007 La Quinta Financing
Authority meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Board Members Sniff/Osborne to
adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
