A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FEES TO
PURCHASE AN ANNUAL FITNESS USE CARD
ALLOWING USE OF THE FITNESS CEN"ljER AT THE LA
QUINTA BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB AS~ ADOPTED IN.
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-065 I
WHEREAS, the fees to purchase an annual fitness use card were adopted by
the City Council in Resolution No. 2006-065 on July 5, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Quinta, California, as follows:
Approves the following changes to the fees to purchase an annual
fitness use card:
The fees for use shall be fifteen dollars ($1 5.00) per year for La
Quinta residents and thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per year for
non-residents. The annual Fitness Use Card shall be valid for 365
calendar days from the date of purchase.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 17th, day of July, 2007, by the following vote:
