RESOLUTION NO. 2008-021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINT A. CALIFORNIA. ADOPTING FEES AND
CHARGES FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES INCLUDING THE
MUSEUM. LIBRARY. AND SENIOR CENTER
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of La Guinta recognizes the benefit
to the community that is provided by the availability of facilities to be used for
private rental needs; and
WHEREAS. the City Council desires to regulate facility use fees and policies
governing facilities and to provide guidelines to City staff to monitor scheduling and
use of facilities, ensuring maintenance and use policies are enforced; and
WHEREAS. the City Council has approved Facility Use Policies for the Senior
Center, Library, and Civic Center and will approve Facility Use Policies and
Admission Fees for the Museum.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Guinta, California, as follows:
