It is the desire of the City of ~~ CQuINT'~hereinafter referred to as "City", to access the food
provision services of Smart & Final during emergency situations.
Therefore, the City and Smart & Final agree to the following:
1. For emergencies, and non-emergencies, City personnel may obtain the services of Smart &
Final by driving to a neighboring Smart & Final store during store hours.
2. During an emergency situation after store hours, City personnel may obtain the services of
Smart & Final by contacting:

3. City personnel will drive to the Smart & Final location per the instmctions received from Smart
& Final to obtain required supplies.
4. Smart & Final will accept the prearranged form of payment for purchases made pursuant to this
