JUNE 9, 2009
An adjourned meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order by
Chairman Adolph.
PRESENT: Board Members Evans, Franklin, Henderson, Sniff, Chairman Adolph
ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT -None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA -Confirmed
CONSENT CALENDAR -NONE
BUSINESS SESSION
1. CONSIDERATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 PRELIMINARY BUDGET.
There were no changes to the staff report as submitted and on file in the
City Clerk Department.
MOTION - It was moved by Board Members Sniff/Evans to adopt the Fiscal
Year 2009-2010 Preliminary Budget as amended by the City Council, and
direct staff to prepare a Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Final Budget for the July 7,
2009, La Quinta Financing Authority meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, it was moved by Chairman Adolph/ Board Member
Franklin to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
