SUBJECT: FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN 2017-0020 – CONTOUR DERMATOLOGY
Dear Mr. Doczi:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final Landscape
Plan for the Contour Dermatology development at the southwest corner of Jefferson Street
and Westward Ho Drive, subject to the approved plans (attached and on file) and the
following Conditions of Approval:
1. All landscaping within 15 feet of the Jefferson Street and Westward Ho frontages
should be less than 36 inches high and all planting less than 36 inches tall when fully
grown as measured from the pavement surface of the adjacent street.
2. Adequate sight distance needs to be provided for golf carts to see traffic
approaching from the intersection of Jefferson Street and Westward Ho.
3. The contractor shall not remove or relocate any signs owned by the City of La Quinta
which are located in the City’s right of way.
