The variance application is not complete because we did not receive your three sets of 300-foot property owner radius map self adhesive address labels. A copy of the requirement is enclosed. Please complete this matter as soon as possible because we are not able to notice your case for a public hearing until the labels have been received. It would be appropriate to have your land surveyor submit a site plan of the properties (showing existing and proposed improvements) so that the Planning Commission will be able to understand the reason for the request or submit any other plans which meet our requirements. The plan should show both properties and be drawn to scale. We need 15 copies of the site plan folded to 8 1/2 x 14". Your lot line adjustment application will be held in obeyance until your variance request has been formally reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council.
