I brought in a letter from the city stating that I should do this. I also requested a lot line adjustment as I sold a piece of property to my neighbor. Because of this sale, I had a survey done for $1200 by Fivash (Land Surveyor). See attached survey. I left a copy of the survey with the City. Monday, the..19th of July, I received the attached copies of an assessment. I do not know if the amounts are correct, but I do know I should have received only one assessment. Plus, assessment 773051-02G should belong to my neighbor. Please correct this mess as I have told the city I have one house, one garage, and a pool on this property; the property is not suitable for me to sell off in parts, and I have no intention of doing that. Please have 773051-020, 024, 025 merged. By the way, a City official even came to our property to inspect it. I have made several trips to the City when I was in town., plus made several phone calls. We seem to talk to someone different each time. I do not see the problem; the city wrote the letter asking for properties like mine to be one property, and I have requested that be done. Please help.
