Engineering has the following comments: 1. Process this LLA by conveying the subparcels in question via a single legal description from the owner of lots 13, 14, and 15 (which is a single owner) to the owner of parcel 5 via a grant deed. No other conveyance document is needed. 2. Be sure to confirm the ownership information on the new grant deed matches the ownership information on the titles to lots 13, 14, and 15 as well as Parcel 5, otherwise the assessors office may create a new APN. 3. A new legal description needs to be prepared that describes Parcel 5 after the lot line adjustment. This description will be used with the Certificate of Compliance mentioned in the next comment. 4.
