Exhibit B, the plat, needs two items of information added to complete it before it should be approved C for recording. 1) the LLA number in the title block 2) the Certificate of Compliance number for Parcel 10 2. The heading for the legal description document should be "Exhibit A", with a "LLA, 96-214" subheading instead of its current narrative heading. Ov 3. The legal description needs two items of information added to complete it before it should be approved for recording. o� 1) recordation date of Certificate of Compliance for Parcel 10 (ie Parcel C) 2) recordation instrument number for Parcel 10 (ie Parcel C) 4. The mathematics of the proposed lot line adjustment have been checked and found to be: correct. 5. The legal description provided for this review is appropriate for recording (when corrected) with the Certificate of Compliance for the three parcels involved in this lot line adjustment. However, the applicant needs to provide two additional legal descriptions which describe the two subparcels being transferred from one lot to the next. 6. The two extra legal descriptions mentioned in comment #5 are needed for attachment to the grant deeds that implement the lot line adjustment. They too should be reviewed by Engineering. ? 7.
