Chevis Hosea, V. P. of land and Commercial Development of KSL Recreation Corporation. As you may be aware Citrus Development, LLC is in the process of adjusting lot lines in this tract to create 42 lots. We have aheady "pulled" six building permits in this tract. Given the past controversies and moratorium, it is obviously crucial to us that there is no doubt that an additional 36 building permits for a total of 42 building permits will be available to us for our 42 lots. I think some procedure needs to be set- up so that these building permits are not inadvertently given away to other developers or builders. I would be glad to work with you or any other members of your staff to co-ordinate this. In the meantime, I would really appreciate it if you or any other appropriate City Official would acknowledge the receipt of the letter from KSL requesting 42 permits be reserved for our tract.
