There are utility agencies which may have easements affected by this approval. The City has approved this adjustment based on zoning compliance and correctness of the property descriptions. Any potential conflicts with recorded utility easements should be investigated prior to any construction. By execution of this approval, the applicant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta from any legal claim or litigation arising out of the City's approval of this lot line adjustment.
