The develcpment of the premises shall conform substantially with that as shown on plot plan marked E)(hibit "A" on file with 18.30 (`Ya -2) Plot Plan No. 1774 in the office of the Riverside County Planning Department and further subject to the following conditions, 2. The trailer shall be occupied by the owner or operator of the parcel being farmed or his employees as a one - family residence. 3.
