THE ROAD DEPARTMENT HAS THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS:
2a. Prior to issuance of a building permit or any use allowed by this Permit,
applicant shall convey additional right -of -way along Desert Club Drive and
Avenida La Fonda to provide for a 30 -foot half -width right -of -way, respectively,
with a standard corner cutback at Desert Club Drive and Avenida La Fonda,
at no cost to any government agency.
2b. Prior to occupancy or any use allowed by this Permit, applicant shall construct
concrete curb and gutter located``' from centerline along Desert Club Drive
and Avenida La Fonda, respectively, with a standard 25' curb return and
match -up A.C. paving at a grade and alignment as approved by the Riverside County
Road Commissioner. Said improvements shall be constructed at no cost to any
government agency.
2c. All work done within County right -of -way shall have an Encroachment Permit.
2d. All driveways shall conform to Riverside County Standard No. 207 and 208.
