COMMENTS AND /OR RECOMMENDATIONS
The Riverside County Department of Public Health has reviewed the plot plan submitted
by the applicant, Dr. Schiff, tc gain approval to construct a dental office on lots
9 and 10, in Block 125, of Santa Carmelite, at Vale La Quinta Unit No. 14 subdivision.
Prior to obtaining building permits to construct, this Department will require the
applicant to submit the following additional information:
1. Written statement that domestic water from an approved source will be furnished
to the said project area.
2. Detailed soils test information must be obtained pertaining to domestic subsurface
sewage disposal system installation that will be required.
3. Written statement of approval and clearance must be obtained from the Regional
Water Quality Control Board pertaining to speciaL handling, storage, and disposal
of toxic chemical wastes generated at the site.
