COMMENTS AND /OR RECOMMENDATIONS
Area /District of Riverside County.
The Riverside County Department of Public Health has reviewed the plot plan, submitted
by the applicant, the Anden Group, requesting approval to establish a temporary Real
Estate Sales Office Trailer across from Avenue 50 on Eisenhower Drive, La Quinta, and
to construct a model home complex on approved lots within Tract 14496 located in the
same area.
This Department has no objections at this time to plot plan 5923, as we have definitive
information available that the Coachella Valley Water District has agreed in writing to
serve domestic water to each and every lot in the subdivision on demand and will allow
the subdivision sewage system to be connected to the sewers of the District, in
accordance with the current prevailing regulations of the District.
