Dear Mr. Cutting:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final Landscape
Plan for a portion of the Palm Royale residential development perimeter along Washington
Street, subject to the approved plans (attached and on file) and the following Conditions of
Approval:
1. Landscaping shall not include any trees with trunks that are larger than 4 inches in
diameter when fully grown.
2. No boulders shall be included with the landscaping work.
