A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2010 -029 RELATING TO GOLF COURSE RATE
SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, rates and policies were adopted by the City Council in Resolution
No. 2004 -137 on November 16, 2004; and
WHEREAS, rates and policies were amended by the _City Council in
Resolution No. 2010 -029 on April 20, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
La Quinta, California, as follows:
1. Approves the following change to the golf course rate schedule for the
Arnold Palmer Classic Course at SilverRock Resort:
Resident Golf Card Fee = $50 per year or $150 for three years
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 17`h day of April, 2012, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Franklin, Henderson, Osborne
NOES: Council Member Evans
ABSENT: Mayor Don Adolph
ABSTAIN: None
