REF: LA QUINTA HOTEL AND RESORT
Dear Ms. Betzler:
This is to report that your request to install one temporary tent (40' by 80') for use by
Mercedes Benz at the La Casa Patio is approved by the Community Development
Department subject to the following conditions:
1. A building permit is required for the tents and for temporary power. Please apply
to the Building Department for the permit.
2. All conditions as outlined by the Fire Safety Specialist shall be met as described in
the attached transmittal. If you have any questions, contact Mr. Tom Hutchison at
863 -8886.
3. The tent structure shall be allowed to remain on the site from October 6, 1995 to
October 11, 1995.
