What evidence do we need to provide so that we can move forward on getting this CD released? The bank said that,in their experience, these types of CDs have been a 10 -year guarantee tops. We're to nearly twice that length of time. It must be related to some Tract so that must be found to see if TD has fulfilled the obligation the deposit is associate with.
