A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
FROM THE EVENING CREW AT PIONEER PARK
WHEREAS, on September 12, 2012, The Evening Crew offered a donation
to pay for the winter over - seeding at Pioneer Dog Park.; and
WHEREAS, the donation was offered to the City and-was not given to or
limited to the use of any particular employee or official; and-

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept the donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California, as follows:
The City hereby accepts the donation of $500 for winter over -
seeding at Pioneer Dog Park.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 2n day of October, 2012, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Evans, Franklin, Henderson, Osborne, Mayor Adolph
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
