SUBJECT: FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN 2015-0004 – AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT
Dear Mr. Darkjian:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final Landscape
Plan for the American Tire Depot development at 79840 Highway 111, subject to the
approved plans (attached and on file) and the following Conditions of Approval:
1. Palm tree trunks shall be at least 15 feet away from the north curb of Highway 111.
2. Palm tree canopies shall be at least 8 feet high to not impede sight distance. This
shall be verified by the designer.
