SUBJECT: PLOT PLAN NO. 86 -351; Installation of Two, Temporary,
On. -Site, "For Sale" Signs
Dear Mr. Barrett:
This letter is to report approval of two, freestanding, temporary,
on - site, "For Sale" signs to be located at the northwest corner of
Highway 111 and Jefferson Street. This approval is subject to the
following conditions:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. Construction and installation of the signs shall conform with
approved Exhibits " A " (location), "B" (sign design), and "C"
(colors) as contained in the Community Development Department's
file for Plot Plan No. 86 -351 and the following conditions, which
conditions shall take precedence in the event of any conflict
with the provisions of the exhibits.
2. This approval is for the installation of two, on -site,
freestanding, temporary, "For Sale" signs to be located at the
northwest corner of Highway 111 and Jefferson Street in accordance
with Exhibit "A ".
3. The size, design, colors and height of the signs shall conform
with Exhibits "B" and "C ".
4. The sign shall not be artifically lighted.
5. The sign structure and printed surface shall be maintained in
good condition by the Applicant.
6. Prior to the installation of the sign, the Applicant shall obtain
a building permit from the Community Development Department,
Building Division.
