the fees indicated herein an advance fee of $4,000.00 and a final payment of $8,000.00 for services rendered on or before February 28a,

TERM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Professional Development Strategies and City of La Quinta, California for Outplacement Services. PDS
will work with displaced employees of La Quinta within a Two (2) Day workshop from January 10' and 11' 2013, Plus a Thirty Day
Program commencing immediately after workshop is completed. City of La Quinta, agrees to pay the designated fees as stated below as
part of the severance package for the employees
Fee Schedule
Cost: $4,000.00- Advance Fee to Cover Two Day on Site Workshop
Cost: $8,000.00- Final Payment Due on or Before February 28, 2013 for Services Provided Employee during our
Thirty Day one on one Consultation and Training Program.
