A regular meeting of the La Quinta City Council in their capacity as Successor
Agency to the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency ("SA") was called to order at
8:01 p.m. by Chairperson Adolph.
PRESENT: Agency Members Evans, Henderson, Osborne, Chair Adolph
ABSENT: Agency Member Franklin
MOTION — A motion was made and seconded by Agency Members Evans /Osborne
to excuse Agency Member Franklin. Motion passed. Ayes 4, Noes 0, Absent 1.

PUBLIC COMMENT - None
CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA
Finance Director Bird distributed a resolution that should be included with Consent
Item No. 5.

Henderson /Osborne to approve the Consent Calendar as recommended and
amended with Item Nos. 4 and 5 adopting Resolutions SA 2013 -001 and 002
