SUBJECT: FINAL LANDSCAPE PLAN 2017-0014 – CITRUS COURSE
Dear Mr. Doczi:
The Design and Development Department has reviewed and approved your Final Landscape
Plan for the Citrus Course HOA perimeter turf conversion along the Citrus Club perimeter on
the north side of Avenue 52, subject to the approved plans (attached and on file) and the
following Conditions of Approval:
1.All landscaping within 15 feet of Avenue 52 should be less than 42 inches tall when
fully grown if they are located within 500 feet of Via Cetrino or any other secondary
access driveway on Avenue 52.
2.All trees located within 500 feet of Via Cetrino or any other secondary access
driveway on Avenue 52 should have tree canopy branches no lower than 8 feet.
3.No Palm trees with diameters larger than 4 inches when fully grown should be
planted within 25 feet of the curb of Avenue 52.
4.No boulders should be included in the landscaping within 25 feet of the curb of
Avenue 52.
