A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF
DEDICATION FROM HOMER AND ARCHINE FETTY FOR
LOTS B AND C OF TRACT MAP NO. 3686 FOR PUBLIC
STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the offer of dedication of Lots B and C (hereinafter referred to as
the "Dedicated Property ") for street purposes of Tract Map No. 3686 was a
condition of the project; and
WHEREAS, a Final Map was filed with the County of Riverside on October 9,
1968 in Book 60, of Maps, pages 12 and 13, Records of said County as
Instrument 27831; however, Lots B and C were not accepted for public use by the
County at the time of recordation; and
WHEREAS, the City of La Quinta now desires to accept said offer of
dedication in order to ensure access to all properties in the City that are north of
Calle Conchita and west of realigned Madison Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La
Quinta, California, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of La Quinta hereby accepts the
Dedicated Property.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of La Quinta is hereby authorized to record
this Resolution in the Office of the County Recorder in the County of Riverside,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 16`h day of July 2013, by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Evans, Franklin, Henderson, Osborne, Mayor Adolph
