FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND /ANALYSIS: Revenue and expenditure reports are submitted to the La Quinta Housing Authority monthly to review, receive, and file. Attached is the transmittal of the May 31, 2013 Statements of Revenues and Expenditures (Attachments 1 and 2). The La Quinta Housing Authority has collected 98.5% of its projected revenues through May 31, 2013 and it is anticipated that revenues collected through the end of the fiscal year will be at 100 %. Expenditures are at 99.6% of the budgeted amounts. In addition, the Investment Summary Report for the quarter ending June 30, 2013 is attached (Attachment 3).
