A regular meeting of the La Quinta Financing Authority was called to order at 6:12
p.m. by Chairperson Adolph.
PRESENT: Authority Members Evans, Franklin, Henderson, Osborne, Chair Adolph
ABSENT: None

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA - Confirmed
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION - A motion was made and seconded by Authority Members Evans/
Henderson to approve the minutes of September 17, 2013 as submitted. Motion
passed unanimously.
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. RECEIVE AND FILE TREASURER'S REPORTS DATED JULY 31, 2013 AND
AUGUST 31, 2013
2. RECEIVE AND FILE REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE REPORTS DATED
AUGUST 31, 2013 AND INVESTMENT SUMMARY REPORT FOR THE

MOTION - A motion was made and seconded by Authority Members Evans/
Franklin to approve the Consent Calendar as recommended. Motion passed

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The monthly and year-to-date revenues and expenditures of the La Quinta
Financing Authority for September 30, 2013 are hereby submitted for the
Financing Authority Board to review, receive, and file.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND/ANAYLSIS:
Revenue and expenditure reports are submitted to the La Quinta Financing
Authority monthly to review, receive, and file. Attached is the transmittal of the
September 30, 2013 Statements of Revenues and Expenditures for the Financing
Authority.
Through September 30, 2013, revenues received were $590,044 and expenditures
made were $1,371 . The revenue received is the transfer from the General Fund to
cover the principal and interest payment on the City Hall bonds due in October.
ALTERNATIVES:
None.
