RE: Interim Drainage Maintenance - RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR
APN 162-060-004 & 005 (NW corner of Jefferson & Avenue 50)
Dear BLP Desert and BL2, CLP,
The City of La Quinta seeks to maintain the existing drainage facilities
within your undeveloped property which currently receive storm water
from Jefferson Street.
Since the subject property has not yet been developed and no associated
onsite permanent drainage facilities exist, the City needs access to your
property in order to maintain temporary facilities in the interim condition.
The project will include grading and maintenance of an earthen swale
and low area which will necessitate temporary access to your property.
The City is requesting a Right -of -Entry for the purpose of constructing
this improvement.
Please sign - -this letter showing your concurrence for the Right -of- Entry
and return the original as soon as possible in the enclosed self addressed
stamped envelope.
