Dear Mr. May:
The City of La Quinta would like permission to access your property for
minor grading in order to alleviate flooding on Washington Street by
creating an earthen swale from the City's catch basin on Washington
Street to the existing retention basin on your property as shown in the
attached exhibits 1 and 2.
City personnel will complete this work but will require temporary access
to your property. Therefore, the City requests a Right -of -Entry for the
sole purpose of constructing and periodically maintaining the above
mentioned swale until your development project moves forward.
Please sign this letter confirming your concurrence for the Right -of -Entry
and return the original at your earliest convenience.
