A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH THE CITY
STAFF POSITIONS AUTHORIZED TO TAKE ANY
ACTIONS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
OBTAINING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, FROM
THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of La Quinta, California,
that the city employees holding the following city positions:
• City Manager, or
• City Engineer, or "
• Community Development Director, or
• Emergency Manager
Are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of La Quinta,
California, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, any
actions necessary for the purpose of obtaining federal financial assistance provided
by the Federal Department of Homeland Security and subgranted through the State
of California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the La Quinta
City Council held on this 18"' day of February 2014, by the following vote:
