STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS
NON -DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
There is one single source of income over $10,000 which is not being disclosed.
The position with the City of La Quinta is Disclosure Category 2 (limited disclosure
within the jurisdiction). The jurisdiction is the territory of the City of La Quinta, plus
within 2 miles of its borders.
The legal basis for non -disclosure is that, as a California Certified Public Accountant,
even with an inactive license, I must comply with the ethical standards of the California
State Board of Accountancy. To disclose the client's name would compromise that
requirement.
Under penalty of perjury of the laws of the State of California, I have not made and will
not make, participate in making, or in any way attempt to use an official position to
influence a governmental decision in violation of Section 87100. In the event I am faced
with a potential conflict of interest involving the undisclosed client, I will disclose the
potential conflict to the City of La Quinta's legal counsel and recuse myself from parti-
cipating in the matter.
